Location: Central San Diego, Kearny Mesa

Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hr depending on industry experience

Hours: Full Time Mon - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm

Duration: Temporary to hire, we are growing!

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a medical device company located in Kearny Mesa. The candidate will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their resupply orders, collaborating with suppliers, physicians, and patients to ensure that proper equipment is received and all necessary information is documented accurately.

Responsibilities

• Answer emails and phones, handling moderate volume.
• Assess patients' reviews of equipment to ensure satisfaction and proper usage.
• Verify appropriate documentation for insurance and prescriptions to ensure compliance.
• Document and report product complaints and compliments to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain daily tasks as assigned by leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Run regular insurance verifications as needed to support customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience over the phone.
• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-driven environment.
